If we haven't met yet, hey! I'm Rachel, and I help salon owners build their dream salons, complete with seamless systems, financial organization, and a killer communities of supportive stylists and clients!

Over the course of the next five days, I’m going to pass on five simple tools that will completely revolutionize the way you view salon ownership and your work life balance, cause let’s be real… We both know you’re working your ass off, and sometimes a little too much.🫣

It’s really easy to feel overwhelmed and spiral into negative thoughts thinking about all the things on your to do list, and it’s almost impossible to know where to start on improving your mindset and mental health, but that’s EXACTLY what I’m here for. So, to start, repeat after me…

“In order to change, I have to change”
